Shipping Policy

Order Processing All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking once your order is on its way.

Shipping Times Estimated delivery times after processing: United States: 7 to 15 business days. International, if offered: 10 to 20 business days.

Please note these are estimates and not guarantees. Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, high-demand periods, or factors outside our control.

Shipping Costs Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location. 

Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. It may take 1 to 4 business days for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Delays Occasionally orders may be delayed due to carrier issues, weather, or peak seasons. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@breezebuddies.com and we will help track it down.

Lost or Stolen Packages BreezeBuddy is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier but reported as not received. If your tracking shows delivered but you cannot find your package, please contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice a mistake, contact us immediately and we will try to update it before the order ships.
