Return and Refund Policy

30-Day Happiness Guarantee

We want you to love your BreezeBuddy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at support@breezebuddies.com  with your order number and the reason for the return. We will respond with instructions and a return address. Please do not send items back before contacting us, as returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm we have it. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items If your BreezeBuddy arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@breezebuddies.com with a photo or short video of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping costs. You will not need to pay return shipping in these cases.

Return Shipping For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.

Exchanges The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order once your return is approved.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used extensively or that show significant wear. Gift cards and final-sale items are non-returnable.

Late or Missing Refunds If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card provider, as processing times vary. If you still need help, contact us at support@breezebuddies.com.
